On Acorn kit found running Science Museum:

"I am particularly interested in interactive webcasting, VJing software, electronic voting systems ... MMS, generative art, content management systems, electronic signage, electronic graffiti"

My buzzword-o-meter just exploded.

On The story behind RiScript 5:

Enjoyable article. One comparison stuck me as unfair, however: "Also, Adobe Reader is only intended for displaying PDF files, and cannot handle PostScript, let alone generate PDF files or convert output into Draw format." This is true, since it is Adobe Acrobat's job to export PDF, /not/ Acrobat Reader's.

Also, the comparison between RiScript's and acroread's renderering reminded me that I have noticed that rendering quality has gone down from acroread 5 to acroread 7 (imho). I wonder if anyone knows what has changed between these releases to cause this.

On Iyonix Select demand barely double digits, says ROL:

Sounds like PM's being reading my comments ;)

"We are not a faceless, monolithic corporation - we are a small group of RISC OS devotees."

The number of which, or whose identities are not generally made public. Perhaps not monolithic, but where are the faces (other than PM himself)?
