Sadly, it hasn't characterized much, except for slicing and dicing comments in a purely journalistic attempt to get a response and pit people against each other, rather than any real concern for RISC OS - there are plenty of examples of this in articles here. Jwoody: you can stand by it all you want, but it's clearly wrong for reasons I already stated. I'm glad you feel it's ok to dismiss those reasons out of hand.
