On ARM-powered computer firm in RISC OS port talks :

Sounds good to me. I'm still waiting for my touchbook to arrive. That will open up a whole more options.

On Ex-Pace staff back RISC OS Open Ltd:

Just a crazy thought. A slightly different approach. If we would present our beloved system to the wide world with a emotional touch, as Disney did with an ageing Volkswagen named Herbi. Imagin a Teenager or a group of yougsters hacking away the net with an archi and show them what can be done. I'm sure many of us will have a good insight on what to suggest. We are in the stage where OS's have become a religion but not harware to be a person. We could be first to do so and stire up many nostalgies. Insted of try to keep up with software developments the money might be better spent. If we can prove an archi is a must have. Just think of it.

On Castle rattles licensing sabre at 32bit RISC OS 4:

Is that it? This whole licensing issue has never really helped any one. Protecting things to much will leave you allone soon or later, because everybody will loos interrest after a while. Look what happen to MS, did it spread because of it's quallity? It's smart marketing, charge those who make a profit out of it and keep an eye shut on those who just play with it.

On Iyonix Select demand barely double digits, says ROL:

We should opt for a discount on Adjust 32. That would reward the waiting. As a brave subscriber I have a feeling of missing out each time there is a special offer. The only advantage is you get served first when you pay first but usualy at the higher cost.
