How's a compiler faster than an intrepreter? How's fumbling around with bits in C more reliable than BASIC snippets? How's lenghty C functions more readable than BASIC? How do you square readability as being opposite to code density? That said, DrWimp's good for learning the WIMP, C's best for serious programming. On New London RISC OS show to be held in October:

My WSP are in Reykjavik, from where everywhere else is the South. I have learned not to grumble about the weather with them. It's nice to see photos of the locality popping up: The explanatory view from the railway station is very helpful. Will there be banners/posters available for download?
