Also, as it is stated on the web-site: generating the license files is a process that is partially manually. Waiting for ten days is long (and beyond our goal). We will try to improve on that. If you have comments, you can send them to email@example.com.
In reply to JGZimmerle:
The license files have been sent to your father 19 december last year. Apparently, the license files have never arrived at your father's side, or they dissappeared. We will resend them in a minute.
Something went wrong with sending the program (as more people have experienced); this has been automated (not by us!-) and sometimes it simply goes wrong.
You have contacted us end of January, and we resolved the issue (so that's 3 month ago instead of 6).
We are sorry that creating the licence files takes (much) longer than expected. We quite underestimated the number of people that would buy RiScript, so our process of licence generation was not up to par with dealing with these numbers. We are sorry, but hope to catch up today, otherwise tomorrow. We hope you have the patience for now.
We improved the download process, due to which some of you had download problems (truncated files). The problem was a combination of file size (about 3M), buffer size of the browser used (in some cases 2000000 bytes), slow connections, and a server time-out of 90 seconds. All and all we have decided to remove the manual from the archive. This is to be downloaded separately. Any other problems: please mail us at support at riscript dot nl.
