On ARM shows off prototype netbooks:

great news - such a netbook with RISC OS on it would really be a dream; and finally bring back the chance of seeing RISC OS on a very stylish and really smart hardware. I love smart hardware, especially without noisy fans and heating keyboard parts, that can often be found at Windows laptops.

the clear new Drobe interface now extended with some rare colour looks very good. And thanx again to the Drobe Team for the revitalisation of this site :)

On South East 2008 show round up:

summer is over and Drobe is back again - thanx, thanx, thanx a lot to the drobe team for new articles and the excellent show review!!

And the best news of the show (for me) are the Photodesk enhancements; the first item for the x-mas wish list :-D

On NetSurf bags GBP10K investment from Google:

Great news for this really useful and smart browser. It's also a good opportunity to make people (also outside the RISC OS community) aware of this fine alternative browser. And a brighter attention always can help in later funding and support for keeping this lovely project alive.

On Animation software collection falls into R-Comp's hands:

Also off topic slight - oops, you "caught me"; yes I would do icon/graphic design for an interesting RISC OS app, in principle - it's more a problem of time, because I'm invloved into much too many projects (music, comics, painting, drawing, working for money), thus I could only contribute, if I get enough time to design for an app :)

Regarding your comment about Animator and cartoon-style animations: good news, I look forward to use it on my Iyonix one fine day, especially such features as in-betweening :) Is there any page on the internet with a more detailed description of the Animator's features, or should I simply wait for the release under R-Comp's flag?
