On Paul Vigay found dead off Southsea seafront:

Absolutely tragic! I have met Paul many times at shows and corresponded with him many, many times. Hew was a most helpful and talented person who will be sadly missed by his many fiends in the RISC OS community and beyond. My thought go to his family and friends and in particular to Louie.

On Open source Organizer pondered:

Organizer would seem a good candidate for open sourcing. I is a very nice application as it stands and is a permanent fixture on my Icon Bar. However I would really like it to be able to easily synchronize it with my PDA etc.

So Chris I say go for it! give your baby the chance to be all it can be :-)

  • Will Wakefield 2009 see a new graphics card for RISC OS?
Speculation is mounting that the Vpod, a mysterious new product pre-announced this week, could be a graphics card on a podule for RiscPC-class machines. Well-placed sources have said that the Vpod is not an April Fools joke despite it being hyped up on April 1st by Stuart Tyrrell Developments, which sells the Unipod upgrade and is linked with A9home manufacturer Advantage Six.
